Restaurant Our establishment with its "Restaurateur of France" label is recognised by all the main gourmet guides.
Come and appreciate the know-how passed down four generations of professionals, working to provide you with a privileged moment surrounded by quality produce:
- Fricassé of wild mushrooms and pan-fried duck foie gras.
- Aubrac beef with aligot, a regional dish of mashed potatoes and local cheese.
- Crayfish ravioli with a bouillon of chanterelle mushrooms.
- Biscuit layers with seasonal fruit and dairy ice cream.
- Wine from the Languedoc Roussillon.

Seating capacity: 70 table settings in the gourmet restaurant, 200 settings for banquets and seminars.
Set menu between 17 € and 60 €, menu at 39 €.
Closed from November 15 to December 15 and from January 15 to February 14.

Grillhouse Restaurant "LE TOUTATIS ".

The TOUTATIS GRILL, a theme restaurant 10 minutes away from the hotel will be delighted to tempt you with its spit-roasts (suckling pig, leg of wild boar…) or its certified Aubrac beef grills and quality label lamb etc.
Different activities and theme evenings are regularly put on in this surprisingly original setting.
A conference room holding 30 to 40 people and a banquet hall with 200 settings for associations and groups also remain at your disposal.
